TAYAL TRADERS publishes All Video Downloader & Player and runs this website. Where this page says “we”, “us” or “our”, it means TAYAL TRADERS.

What this policy covers

Two things: the Android application All Video Downloader & Player, distributed only through Google Play, and the pages of tayaltraders.shop.

It does not govern the services of other companies. Google Play handles installation and updates under Google's own terms and privacy policy. Websites you reach through the app or through a link on this site are run by other people and apply their own policies. When you leave for one of those services, that service's rules apply, not ours.

What the app collects

Nothing is collected or transmitted to us by the app. The Data safety declaration published with the app on Google Play states that it:

• collects no user data;
• shares no user data with third parties;
• encrypts data in transit.

There is no account to create, no sign-in, no profile and no server of ours that receives your files, your searches or a list of what you have watched. Because we hold nothing, there is no publisher-side dataset to sell, lose or hand over.

That declaration is the authoritative description of the app's data practices, and this page is written to agree with it. The version in force is always shown in the Data safety section of the Google Play listing.

What stays on your device

The app is useful because it keeps things locally. Files you download, the record of what you have played, folder and sort preferences, and settings such as Night Mode, equalizer levels or the popup player are written to storage on the phone or tablet you are using.

All of it remains on that device and under your control. You can delete a single file in the app or in your own file manager, clear the app's storage from Android settings, or uninstall the app, and it goes with it. We cannot see any of it, and we cannot recover it for you afterwards.

Permissions

The app asks only for what its two jobs need.

Network access

Required to load pages in the built-in browser and to fetch a file once you have chosen a quality and started a download. Without it the download engine and the browser cannot work.

Storage access

Required to write finished downloads to your device and to read the media the player and media manager show you.

The exact permissions for the version you have installed are listed on the Google Play listing and in Android's app settings, where you can review them and withdraw them. Withdrawing a permission simply stops the feature that depends on it.

Advertising

The app is free to install and contains ads, as its Google Play listing states. Those ads pay for the work.

Ads are served by third-party advertising partners rather than by us. In selecting, capping and measuring an ad, such a partner may process technical signals from the device, including the Android advertising identifier, under its own privacy policy. That processing belongs to the partner. It is not passed to TAYAL TRADERS, and it does not change what we hold, which is nothing.

You have controls for this on the device itself. In the Android Settings app, under the Google or Privacy section depending on your device and Android version, you can reset the advertising ID, delete it altogether, and turn off ad personalisation. Ads may still appear after you do this; they are simply less tailored.

We do not name a specific network here, because the current, authoritative statement is the one Google shows you: check the Data safety section of the app's Play listing for the declaration in force. Who runs and funds our advertising as a business is set out separately on the advertising relationship page.

Sites you open in the app

The app includes a browser, so you can search or type an address and reach a source site directly. Those sites are third parties. Each one decides what it logs, what cookies it sets and what its privacy policy says, exactly as it would in Chrome or any other browser.

Read the policy of a site before you sign in to it or give it anything personal. We receive no record of the addresses you visit or of what you search for.

Children

The app carries a Google Play content rating of Everyone. It is a general-purpose downloader and media player for adults and is not directed at children under 13, nor designed to appeal to them.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. As the app collects no user data from anyone, there is no children's data held in connection with it. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our email address, write to contact@tayaltraders.shop and we will delete the message.

This website

tayaltraders.shop is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics or tracking script, and carries no form, login or account, so there is nothing on it for you to fill in and nothing for us to store.

Like any site, it is delivered by a hosting provider, and hosting providers keep standard server logs — typically the requesting IP address, the time, the page asked for and the browser's user-agent string. Those logs exist to serve the site and keep it available and secure. We do not use them to build a profile of anyone.

Your rights and choices

Most of the controls that matter here are on your device rather than with us:

• delete individual downloads, or clear the app's storage, at any time;
• withdraw a permission in Android's app settings;
• reset or delete your advertising ID and limit ad personalisation in Android Settings;
• uninstall the app, which removes it and its stored settings from the device.

You may also have rights under the data protection law that applies to you, such as the right to ask what personal data a business holds about you, to have it corrected, or to have it erased. For the app there is normally nothing to answer with, because nothing is collected. If you have emailed or telephoned us, we will hold that correspondence, and you can ask us to send you a copy of it or to delete it.

Security

The app's Data safety declaration states that data is encrypted in transit, and this website is served over HTTPS. Support correspondence sits in ordinary business email, protected by access controls on the accounts that can read it.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can say is that the surface is deliberately small: there is no user account, no user database and no stored library of anyone's downloads for an attacker to reach.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised text is published on this page and the “Last updated” date at the top is changed with it. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date is the honest signal to check.

If a change ever affects what the app itself does with data, the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated at the same time, so that the two never contradict each other.
